  1. My pet has passed away in my home. When can I schedule your pick-up service? Our pick-up service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Feel free to call or email us and we can provide a quote for the pick-up service as soon as you contact us. The pet will then be brought back to our office for holding and if necessary we allow 24 hours to decide what your next step is with the help of one of our trained professionals.
     

  2. Does your company offer any discounts if I’m interested in purchasing multiple services? Absolutely. At RestingPets we understand how expensive these particular services can be. Unfortunately, certain third party services such as cremation or burial can only be booked if paired with one of our original services such as pick up, in-home Euthanasia and/or a funeral service.
     

  3. Where is the Funeral service held? The funeral service takes place in the comfort of your pets’ home. Our trained professionals will set up the service for you on the day of your choice. The service will include flowers arrangements, a beautiful casket that will be placed on a podium covered in white sheets, and any pictures that are provided to the staff. In addition to what we include RestingPets caters to any added features requested so feel free to request whatever you would like and we will do our best to accommodate.
     

  4. Does RestingPets offer anything to commemorate our beloved pets after they’ve passed? Yes. RestingPets has accounts on Instagram, Facebook and twitter. You can upload a photo of your pet on your social account and either tag RestingPets or @ us and we will post it on all of our Social Networks so other members can also view like and send condolences.
